Crocheting is a meditative practice for me, which allows me to create pieces with love and healing energy. My intention is for that energy to make its way to you.

I created Rest Now when I was in the process of healing from physical, mental, and spiritual challenges. The name, Rest Now, is a reminder that rest is key in finding your calm. Making plushies to encourage rest just made sense, as there is no better way to rest than snuggled up with a plushie friend!
