SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Products are made to order and are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 days (excluding holidays) to allow for yarn delivery and product creation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Rates We offer the following shipping option within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days):
  
  • 0lb-1lb: $10.00
  • Over 1lb-5lb: $13.00
  • $65.00 and Up: FREE

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at grace@restnowfiberarts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
