Processing Time Orders are made to order and are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 days (excluding holidays) to allow for yarn delivery and product creation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Calculated at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
